Hate Groups and Free Speech Hate groups are often able to promote their ideology of hate under the protection of freedom of speech (1stAmendment). Some have argued that we should restrict hate speech, while others have argued for its continued protection under the First Amendment. Do you agree or disagree hate speech should be restricted?
